Delivery coverage
Olearium currently delivers to addresses within Switzerland. We do not deliver to PO boxes unless the selected carrier confirms that service is available.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays or periods of unusually high demand.
Estimated delivery times
Standard delivery normally takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruption, severe weather, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Available delivery methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address used for the order once the parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery address
Please check the delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been handed to the carrier.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the parcel and product. Please keep the packaging until our team has reviewed the claim. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy.
Failed delivery and returned parcels
If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, the delivery was refused or collection was not completed, we may charge the reasonable cost of sending it again. We will contact you before arranging redelivery.
After delivery
Store olive oil tightly closed in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow the best-before information shown on the bottle.
