DOP dei Colli Assisi e Spoleto

Alfonso Priorelli extra virgin olive oil from the Assisi and Spoleto hills is made by pressing different olive varieties (70% Moraiolo, 15% Leccino, 15% Frantoio).
This combination, along with the pressing that occurs before the olives are fully ripe, produces an oil with a bold flavor and a rich aroma of almond and artichoke.
